Why Get a Military Friendly Employers® Rating?
Despite current economic conditions employers are facing a drastically reduced supply of talent. Sound familiar? In the coming years a company with well-branded access to employees with military experience, a renewable labor pool, will be best positioned to win.
Leading employers across the Fortune 1000 realize this and are committed to building robust military hiring programs. Getting recognized as a Military Friendly Employer® should be the keystone of that program.
Your company may be more military friendly than you think. But you can only find out if you complete our survey.
